Hi, I am a professional Indonesian writer of Dayak descent. I have written and edited over 50 books while pursuing my hobby in IT. What people say about me
Alexander Mering, or Wisnu Pamungkas, is a Dayak poet from Kalimantan who uses the beauty and versatility of the Malay language to write about forests, animals, including humans and fireflies, who are marginalized in a country called Indonesia
Andreas Harsono
A human rights researcher from HRWAlexander Mering, or Wisnu Pamungkas, has written numerous quality books, ranging from literature to biographies and travelogues, which he presents in a very engaging manner. His works are often portraits of a socio-anthropo-poetic journey of a journalist, poet, and traveler, intertwined with various events, realities, and thoughts that leave us feeling deeply moved
James Ritchie
Senior Malaysian JournalistIt's a matter of taste. For me, ethnographic elements have grounded the meaning embedded in what is called poetry. Without losing the beauty of its words, poetry becomes easily accessible to the masses. It's no longer solely for those who can grasp the 'depth' of meaning. This is what can be enjoyed in this collection of poems
